Safe pickup partnership

Become a safe pickup site for survivors.

Pickup sites are where dignity is preserved. No personal addresses exposed, no awkward handoffs, no questions asked — just a private, coded handoff at a trusted location near the people who need it.

What it is

A few square feet. A trained hand. A coded handoff.

When a survivor requests something material — court clothing, a baby carrier, groceries — an in-kind donor sends it to your location. We notify the survivor with a private pickup code. They walk in, share the code, and walk out with what they need. No name. No story. No record of who they are.

You provide the space and a trauma-informed staff member on shift. We provide the protocol, training, and software.

  • Private by design

Survivors are identified only by a one-time code. We never share names with you.

  • One-time pickup codes

Codes expire after pickup or 14 days. No record persists.

  • Short hold windows

Items typically held 24 hours to 14 days. You set what works for your space.

  • Trauma-informed staff

One trained staff member per pickup shift. We provide a 90-minute training.
